Order Types
We ship two types of products:
1. Self-Fulfilled Items
These are items packed and shipped directly from our studio — often including limited runs, handmade goods, or special releases.
2. Made-to-Order Items
These are fulfilled by our trusted production partner Printful, which creates and ships your product after you place your order. These items may arrive separately from other items in your order.
Processing Times

Self-Fulfilled Items: Please allow 2–5 business days for us to prepare your order.

Printful Orders: Typically fulfilled in 2–7 business days before shipping.
Note: Processing times may be longer during product drops, holidays, or sales.

International Shipping (Made-to-Order Items)
We ship globally through Printful to most countries. Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged upon delivery.
Multiple Packages
If your order includes a mix of self-fulfilled and made-to-order items, they may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive individual tracking emails for each.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account on our website to view your order status and tracking details.
