📦 Products Shipped by Milkhouse6000 (Self-Fulfilled Items)

✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns on select items that we pack and ship directly, provided:
- The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip).

❌ Non-Returnable Self-Fulfilled Items

- Items marked as final sale.
- Opened or used goods (unless defective).

🔁 Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange self-fulfilled items for a different size or replacement if available. Email us at milkhouse6000@gmail.com within 14 days to initiate.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

🧵 Made-to-Order Products (Printful Items)

🚫 No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

Because these items are custom-made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind

Please check sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

✅ Damaged or Defective Items

If your Printful item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll fix it!
Just email [Insert Your Contact Email] within 7 days of delivery with:
- A photo of the issue
- Your order number

We will coordinate a replacement or refund through Printful at no additional cost to you.

🌍 International Orders

For international orders fulfilled through Printful:
- Customs and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery delays are outside our control and are not grounds for refund unless the item is defective.
